It's the responsibility of the person who needs the tools to pick them up from the source.
Return & Exchange Policy
The tools must be returned to the original owner before the deadline. Failing to do so may result in strict action. Also, if unfortunately any tool is damaged, then also its the responsibility of the person who rentedit, to get it fixed or reimburse the cost.
